Returning An Item

You have 60 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging. Footwear must be tried on indoors only — a sole with court dust or grass on it is not resalable.

Starting a return

1. Go to Account → Orders and choose Return items.
2. Select what you are sending back and pick a reason.
3. Print the label, or show the QR code at a drop-off point.

When you will be refunded

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three working days of the parcel reaching our warehouse. Your bank may take a further two to five days to show it.

Return postage

Keep your proof of postage until the refund appears. Without it we cannot open a claim if the parcel goes missing on the way back.
